Schedule a Meeting in the Community Room
Rocky Mountain Fire offers a community room for its constituents use. Community room use is limited to district residence/property owners only. Rooms are located at two of our stations. Station 1 located at 7700 Baseline Road, Boulder and Station 5 located at 2701 S. Indiana Street, Superior. The maximum occupancy for the specified room must be observed. The occupancy at Station 1 is 50 people and Station 5 is 57 people.
Community rooms can be reserved up to 1 year in advance. Any regularly occurring event must be renewed annually.
If the meeting requires crew interaction, the event will be limited to a 2 hour time slot. No more than 1 event requiring crew interaction will be scheduled at any one station per day, this includes birthday parties. Meetings that do not require crew interaction are limited to 3 hours. No overlap of meetings will be allowed and a one hour buffer between events will be observed when scheduling.
Community rooms are available between the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00 PM.
Be aware that the crew is on duty and has to respond to emergencies even though a meeting is in progress. If the crew has to leave, most times the meeting may continue. The crew might return in a short while depending on the type of call, but might be away for the rest of the meeting.
Please review the Special Event Facility Use Agreement for all the rules and regulations.
The District appreciates your interest in using our facilities. We are always looking for opportunities to meet our constituents.
