REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS  
ROCKY MOUNTAIN FIRE DISTRICT
(of Boulder and Jefferson Counties, Colorado)  Qualification Statement Packages are requested by Rocky Mountain Fire Protection District, a quasi governmental entity and political subdivision of the state of Colorado, ("District") for “General Contractor Services”.

TO SUBMIT INVITATION QUALIFICATIONS

ROCKY MOUNTAIN FIRE DISTRICT
(of Boulder County, Colorado)

Qualification Statement Packages are requested by Rocky Mountain Fire District, a Colorado Fire Protection District ("District") for the “General Contractor Services” for the following projects:

Fire Station #4:  Addition and interior renovation to an existing station located at 5748 Flagstaff   Road, Boulder CO.  The estimated construction cost is approximately $400,000.00  The anticipated start date is May 15, 2011.

In order to be considered, please include the following information:  Company Overview, Experience on recent Fire Station construction, Current References with all contact information. 
There is no specific format that needs to be included or addressed with your response, but please include as much information as possible to demonstrate your ability to construct the project as described above.     

Please, no calls to the Rocky Mountain Fire District regarding this RFQ.  All questions regarding the RFQ should be addressed in writing to the Owners Representative.

Responses to this Request for Qualifications Statements must be complete and four (4) originals  submitted to:

during normal business hours prior to 4 p.m., local time, on or before February 24, 2011. Responses must include all information as required in order to be considered.

The Rocky Mountain Fire District reserves the right to reject any proponent as not qualified, reject any and all proposals, negotiate regarding or accept responsive and responsible proposals, as the best interests of the District may be served, said determination to be made in the sole discretion of the District.  Proponents shall have no right to hear or review competing proposals or the documentation or analysis thereof.
