REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS  
ROCKY MOUNTAIN FIRE DISTRICT
(of Boulder and Jefferson Counties, Colorado)  Qualification Statement Packages are requested by Rocky Mountain Fire Protection District, a quasi governmental entity and political subdivision of the state of Colorado, ("District") for “General Contractor Services” for the following projects:  Fire Station #5: Addition and interior renovation to an existing station located at 2701 South Indiana, Superior CO.  Fire Station #6: Raze existing building and construct a new station of approximately 12,000 sf in Eldorado Springs, CO. Fire Station #1: Extensive addition and interior renovation to an existing station located at 7700 Baseline Road, Boulder, CO.  Fire Station #4: Addition and interior renovation to an existing structure located at 5748 Flagstaff Road, Boulder CO. In order to be considered as qualified, interested firms shall provide at a minimum the following information: Company Overview, recent experience in Fire Station construction using the expertise present in their Colorado office, current references with all contact information, demonstrated bonding capability up to $2,000,000 for an individual project coincidentally with current and anticipated work loads, and provide a letter from the surety that affirms this capacity. Please specify on which projects you have interest in bidding. Due to the timing of permits there is a possibility of multiple projects being awarded at any given time. There is no specific format to be included or addressed with your response, but please include as much information as possible to demonstrate your ability to construct projects as described above.                                       Please, no calls to the Rocky Mountain Fire Protection District regarding this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”). All questions regarding the RFQ should be addressed in writing to the Owner’s Representative.

 Responses to this Request for Qualifications Statements must be complete and four (4) originals  submitted to: The Landmark Group, LLC Att: Dick Quinn c/o Law Offices of Frederick Huff 1350 17th Street, Suite 100 Denver, CO 80202  Submissions shall be made during normal business hours and must be received at the above address by prior to 4 p.m., local time, on April 9, 2010. Responses must include all information as required in order to be considered. The Rocky Mountain Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any Proponent as not qualified, should it be in the best interest of the District should it do so, said determination to be made in the sole discretion of the District.  Proponents shall have no right to review the documentation provided by any other Proponent or the analysis thereof.
